• Video (YouTube): videos may be embedded using a YouTube domain intended to reduce cookies, but YouTube/Google may still collect information when you load or play videos.
• Hosted fonts (Google Fonts): the Site loads fonts from Google.
• Donations (PayPal): if you click the Donate button, you will be taken to PayPal to complete a donation. We do not receive your full payment card details from PayPal.
• Content sources (WordPress): devotionals/content may be loaded from a WordPress content system.
• Outbound links and sharing: the Site provides links to share content via Facebook/X/LinkedIn and may link to third-party news sources.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, such as responding to messages, maintaining subscriber lists, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes.

10. Developer / service provider role

The Site was developed and may be maintained by Hat City Web LLC (the “Developer”) as a service provider. The Developer may have limited administrative access for maintenance, support, security updates, and troubleshooting. The Developer does not control how the Site Owner uses personal information and does not use personal information for the Developer’s own purposes.

The Site Owner remains responsible for determining what information is collected, the legal basis for processing, required notices/consents, and how requests from individuals are handled.
