1. What this policy covers
This policy covers information collected through this website (the “Site”), including when you submit forms, subscribe to emails, view embedded media, or click outbound links.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Contact form information: name, email address, optional phone number, and the message content you submit.
- Email subscription information: your email address when you subscribe.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Log and security data: like most websites, servers and hosting providers may log technical data (e.g., IP address, device/browser information, request timestamps) for security, troubleshooting, and performance.
- Rate limiting: we use IP-derived request headers to help limit abuse of certain high-cost pages (for example, the videos page). This is used for security and service reliability.
2.3 Cookies and similar technologies
This Site does not intentionally set advertising cookies. However, third-party services you interact with (such as embedded video players, hosted fonts, or payment providers) may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.
3. How we use information
- To respond to you when you submit the contact form.
- To send newsletters or marketing emails when you subscribe (you can opt out at any time).
- To maintain Site security, prevent abuse, and keep the Site reliable.
- To operate the Site, including serving content and embedded media.
4. Email communications and marketing
If you subscribe, we may send you newsletters and other emails about new devotionals, teaching content, or related announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link or instructions in our emails, or by contacting us at [email protected].
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: we use vendors to operate the Site and deliver communications. These providers process information on our behalf and under our instructions.
- Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate fraud/security issues.
- Business changes: if the Site is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
6. Third-party services and links
This Site uses or links to third-party services. Your interactions with those services are governed by their own privacy policies.
- Email delivery (Resend): used to deliver contact form messages and subscription emails.
- Video (YouTube): videos may be embedded using a YouTube domain intended to reduce cookies, but YouTube/Google may still collect information when you load or play videos.
- Hosted fonts (Google Fonts): the Site loads fonts from Google.
- Donations (PayPal): if you click the Donate button, you will be taken to PayPal to complete a donation. We do not receive your full payment card details from PayPal.
- Content sources (WordPress): devotionals/content may be loaded from a WordPress content system.
- Outbound links and sharing: the Site provides links to share content via Facebook/X/LinkedIn and may link to third-party news sources.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, such as responding to messages, maintaining subscriber lists, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes.
8. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe: you can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
- Access, correction, deletion: you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting us at [email protected].
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We will respond to verifiable requests as required by applicable law.
9. Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

The Developer may have limited administrative access for maintenance, support, security updates, and troubleshooting. The Developer does not control how the Site Owner uses personal information and does not use personal information for the Developer’s own purposes.
The Site Owner remains responsible for determining what information is collected, the legal basis for processing, required notices/consents, and how requests from individuals are handled.
